Contracts The most popular option available for most businesses is to purchase engineer time in bulk. When purchased in units of 5 hours the labour rate reduces to £50.00 per hour + VAT and there is no call out charge. This option carries an 8 working hour response, where possible, and parts are additional. This option is popular as most faults are software based and the hours purchased do not expire after a year. The second option available is using our services on an ad hoc basis. The charge for this service is a £27.50 + VAT callout charge** with a minimum labour charge of £59.50 + VAT, plus parts.
